For hygienic and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

3. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Pack the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including any accessories and documentation.

Please include your Return Authorization Number (RAN) and a copy of your original order receipt with your return package.

  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is defective or the wrong product was shipped. If the item is faulty or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Tracking: For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost or damaged during return shipping.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility requirements. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that:

  • Refund Timeframe: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process after we receive your returned item. The exact time may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
  • Restocking Fees: In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for certain items. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for returned items. If you would like to exchange an item, you can return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

In such cases, we will issue a full refund or offer you a replacement at no additional cost. We will also cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

7. Canceling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so cancellations must be requested before the order is shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process to get a refund.
