  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over a specific amount (e.g., $50). The threshold for free shipping will be displayed during checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders are processed and shipped during business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Order Confirmation: After your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Tracking Your Order

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently only ship within the United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories may require additional shipping fees and extended delivery times.
  • International Shipping: At this time, Trilmavel offers limited international shipping. If you are outside the U.S., please contact our customer service team at info@trilmavel.com to inquire about international shipping options.
  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

6. Delivery Times and Delays

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are subject to change based on weather conditions, holidays, and other factors beyond our control. While we strive to deliver your package within the estimated time frame, please be aware that:

  • Delayed Deliveries: If your package is delayed due to weather, carrier issues, or other reasons, we cannot be held liable for delays. However, we will assist you in tracking down your package and resolving any issues.
  • Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address at checkout. Trilmavel is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

7. Shipping Insurance

8. Missing or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will work with you to resolve the issue by issuing a replacement or refund.
    • Please send us photos of the damaged items, including packaging, so we can process your claim.
  • Missing Packages: If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please track your order using the tracking number provided. If you are unable to locate your package, contact us immediately, and we will help initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.

9. Address Changes

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If you need to change the address before shipping, please contact us as soon as possible at info@trilmavel.com.

  • Address Change Requests: If the address change request is received after shipping, we will attempt to redirect the package; however, there may be additional fees or delays involved.

10. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Currently, we can only ship orders to one address per order. If you wish to send multiple items to different addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
